We’re pleased to advise that our Parramatta Branch, located at Level 3 Shop 3007, Westfield Parramatta, will soon undergo renovations to create a refreshed, modern, and welcoming space for our members.
Renovations are expected to commence in late March 2026, with completion anticipated in May 2026.
During the temporary closure, members will continue to have access to banking services via Internet Banking, our Mobile Banking App, and Bank@Post. Our Contact Centre team is also available to assist with any enquiries on 13 61 91, Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm and Saturday 8.30am – 11.30am.
For members who wish to complete any in-branch transactions, we encourage you to do so before the end of March. Alternatively, you can visit other Australian Mutual Bank branches, which can be found here.
