Australian Mutual Bank is proud to support the young mums group at Baabayn Aboriginal Corporation this Christmas, helping spread joy while honouring culture and community.
Baabayn Aboriginal Corporation, founded by local Elders, provides a safe and welcoming space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in Western Sydney. Their programs help families heal, connect, and strengthen cultural identity, with the weekly mums group offering an important place for women to share experiences, build relationships and access support.
To celebrate the festive season, Australian Mutual Bank donated gifts to the mums group, carefully selected from Koh Living. These beautifully crafted items showcase artwork created in collaboration with Aboriginal artists, ensuring artists are recognised, supported and celebrated through every design.
By choosing gifts that give back to culture, we were able to support both the young mums in the program and the artists whose stories and traditions are reflected in each piece.
