We’ve recently updated our Mobile Banking App with a fresh new look and to ensure the best performance and compatibility with modern smartphones.
Mobile technology continues to evolve rapidly, with newer devices offering faster processing and enhanced security features.
To help us deliver the best possible experience, our third-party service provider has made the decision to decommission older versions of the app.
From 3 November 2025, app versions 1.0.15 and earlier will be decommissioned and will no longer be accessible. Members using these versions may experience connection errors when attempting to log in.
To keep your Australian Mutual Bank app running smoothly and to access the latest features, please make sure you’re using the most recent version of the app.
To check your current version and device compatibility, visit the app listing in the App Store or Google Play and review the version details before updating.

The Australian Mutual Bank Mobile Banking App currently supports iOS 13 or later on Apple devices and Android 7.0 or later on Android devices.
